Kingston's KSM29LQ4/64HCI is an 8G x 72-bit (64 GB) DDR4-2933 CL21 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) load reduced with parity, 4R x 4, ECC, memory module, based on thirty-six 4G x 4-bit DDP FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR4-2933 timing of 21-21-21 at 1.2 V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers.
