Extron's 1U rack shelf holds two 1U high, 1/2-rack wide products side by side. The 1U rack shelf includes a font false faceplate, which may be mounted on either the left or right side of the rack. The false faceplate can hide an open slot if the product is placed on the shelf. The faceplate is the same Extron gray color as the product so that everything will appear streamlined in the rack. The 1U rack shelf is designed so that the bottom of the product mounts to the shelf using the included hardware.
