- Flexible and compact
- Crush- and kink-resistant
- Twice as strong as standard duplex patch cables
- Less prone to damage during and after installation
The ruggedized fiber patch cables provide a more robust alternative to standard duplex patch cables.
Ideal for use in office LAN connections and internal point-to-point links where frequent handling is likely or for use in areas more prone to exposure to potentially harmful elements such as in industrial applications.
The cable consists of two simplex units surrounded by an aramid yarn strength member and surrounded with an LSZH jacket, held together with an overall LSZH jacket.
The cable provides great protection against kinking and crushing, two common problems when installing fiber. In spite of the extra strength and durability, the cable is still flexible and compact.
