The BLACK BOX one-piece design of this modular plug eliminates loading bar and liners when used with the EZ-RJ45 Crimp Tool. Simply pull the connector down over the cable jacket so that the insulated wiring goes through nose of the plug. This method allows you to inspect the wire placement before terminating to insure proper wire assignment. Dependable, simple and fast!
